There is ample free parking here and throughout the campus.

Covid Protocols:

NY is not currently under any mask mandates. HWS Colleges has required all students and faculty to be vaccinated and we understand that all of you will be as well.

The average temperature in Geneva in June for a typical day ranges from a high of 77°F (25°C) to a low of 57°F (14°C). Some would describe it as mildly cool, humid but cool.

What to Bring/Wear:

We recommend, if possible, you bring a yoga mat, water bottle, light blanket, and any vitamins, supplements or medications you need. You may also need a light raincoat, light jacket, and rain boots. For the conference, wear comfortable, layered clothes for movement and temperature adaptation.

If you are staying on campus, you are in O'Dell's Village. O’Dell's townhouses have four private bedrooms, two shared full bathrooms, shared living area and kitchen. O'Dell's Village is accessible via St. Clair Street, which runs east-west between South Main Street and White Springs. Limited parking is available for O'Dell's Village near each townhouse, with additional large parking across St. Clair Street.

Kitchens in O'Dell's Village do not have any cooking utensils, dishes or pots. Each room is appointed with sheets, pillow and pillowcase, towel, washcloth at no additional charge. It is recommended that, for their own comfort, attendees bring their own towels rather than rely on the ones provided. Rooms are not cleaned once occupied.

Housing & Meal registration ends Friday, June 9th - if you have not made your housing or meal reservations yet please do by June 9th.

Reserve at: https://tinyurl.com/5y86fhju

They will have rosters for each meal to check off your name for your pre-reserved and paid meals.

Dining Hall hours are : Breakfast 7:30 - 8:30, Lunch 12:15 - 1:15 and Dinner 5:00 - 6:30.

Check In:

We recommend you arrive a couple of hours before the start of the conference to allow you to check-in at the conference registration desk, settle in to your dormitory housing, and eat lunch.

A Hobart and William Smith Colleges representative will be at the BMCA Registration desk in Gearan Center for the Performing Arts, Tuesday June 20th, 12N - 5P and Wednesday June 21st, 10A - 5:30P. If you are arriving outside of these times please email and/or text Cynthia Williams (williams@hws.edu or 315.719.7607) ahead of time to make other arrangements with Cynthia to pick up your keys.
