Being With. . .
Lodging and Dining Service Accommodations
available through Hobart & William Smith Colleges
Registration for campus lodging and food service are made and paid for by
registrant using a HWS link to Summer Conferences which can be found on the BMCA conference registration application as well as directly below.

Lodging:
- $51.69 Per Person/Per Night
Single room in a 4 bedroom townhouse with 2 shared full bathrooms and
shared living room and kitchen (no dishes/utensils/pans).
Food service in HWS dining hall:
- Breakfast: $7.26
- · Lunch: $15.00
- · Dinner: $21.36
Registrants must register for campus lodging and pay for meals in advance when registering for the conference. No meal or lodging arrangements/payments will be accepted at the conference, no payments will be accepted at dining hall door.
The final day to reserve your accommodations is Friday, June 9th
HWS dining hall is 200 yards from Gearan Center (Conference Central) and offers meals on the specific days/meals of your choice.
If choosing to prepare your own food, there is a Wegmans grocery store two miles from campus. Because O’Dell’s townhouse kitchens do not have utensils, dishes, or cookware, you must bring or purchase your own if preparing your own meals. Various coffee shops, fast-food chains and restaurants are 1-3 miles from campus.
