Description

Olive will lead an embodied practice in movement expression and creation using the somatic approach of Body-Mind Centering®. BMC® utilizes experiential study through application of anatomical, physiological, and developmental principles in hands-on practice, movement, and sound explorations. We will visit the bones, organs, breathing and vocalization, diaphragms, and endocrine system and explore the impact of this somatic research on our moving, vocalizing and performativity. This workshop is open to experienced performers and performance makers of all disciplines.
