Single Class 12€-16€

Elasticity, Resilience, Byoancy, Fine-tuning, and Flow. We will explore tissues, layers of structures and fluids that support each other and our movement. We will move with Ligaments, Connective Tissue, Muscles, Bones, Breath and Fluids that are supporting the inner potential for direction, clarity, flow and ease. 
My wish is to create a sequence of classes that support our vitality through anatomical information, movement, self-touch, breath and sound.
