This workshop explores alignment and movement principles that arise from the skeletal system. As we embody the structures of the bones and joints, we find clarity of form and dynamic relationships that support easeful integrated movement and sequencing through the limbs and core in the practice of yoga.
These dynamic alignments allow us to organize and balance the center of our body with the periphery, and offer new postural efficacy vital to eliminating strain and tension in our asana practice. This workshop will grow your kinesthetic awareness of multiple body systems and give you a fresh perspective on yoga, breath and alignment.
*CEUS available for Psychotherapists & Yoga Teachers
