Description

Introductory Class Two in the Six-On-Six Somatic Studies Series

Spend a day on yourself, diving into your own fluid patterns and learning the elixor of them. Expand your sense of self, feel more in touch with your fluid body and an expanded sense of how you're connected with nature and the essence of all living matter.

For the cost of one therapy session, you can spend the entire day in our space with an instructor who has spent years honing this approach.

The Developmental Patterns are the foundation of the Body Mind Centering® approach, they offer a way to hear the music of our evolutionary origins and bring the body to life in a new and moving ways.

This is a developmental movement workshop for adults to learn and re-experience the patterns that underlie all movement capability. Developmental movement can help re-pattern and heal injuries, retrain bad posture and movement habits and heal vulnerabilities and fears left over from the past.  They open your mind to experiencing the world through the senses and body of the newborn, crawler, and exploring toddler, while providing the foundation to becoming a supported and expressive adult. We will focus on the fluid embryonic movement patterns and explore their foundational role as support for the musculo-skeletal patterns.

Student pricing and work-study available by permission of instructor.
