Östbergatorget 21, 125 73 Älvsjö
December 2,3,5 and 6
The workshop is open to everyone that enjoys and is keen to move their body.
Perhaps you are also curious to listen and connect with the intricate myriad of processes and patterns that are unconsciously and constantly happen within.
Along the four days I would like to propose a closer look into the bodys’ container and content. What do these terms mean to you, how do you encounter them and the qualities that bring along in your daily life. If you observe the directionality, efficiency and concreteness of your bones, what is their role in relation to your muscles? And to your fluids and ligaments? Where do you find support, where would you like to enhance it and how?
Departing from your own lived experience in the workshop we will work together with imagery, observation, body contact and guided movement explorations. The aim is to bring awareness throughout the experience and for it to be playful.
Dates: December 2, 3, 5, 6 (no class on Wednesday)
Times: 10.00-12.00 & 17.00-19.00
Minimum group of 5 people !
Note: this is a workshop, not drop-in classes, and the price is for all 4 days.
