Building a Movement Continuum: Exploring Prevertebral and Vertebral Patterns for Group Training
This workshop/laboratory seeks to explore how prevertebral and vertebral patterns can be shaped into a movement continuum, aimed at developing a weekly training for individuals who may be unfamiliar with Basic Neurocellular Patterns (BNP).
The laboratory format offers time and space to explore how BNP principles can be structured into waves of movement, drawing from and integrating various movement practices while maintaining focus on the core principles of BNP.
The session includes practical movement exploration, followed by reflection, discussion, and sharing.
