November 2nd
9:00am - 10:15am EDT

Embracing Fluidity, Flexibility, and Sensuality Now, and As We Grow Older

Moving and breathing freely and joyfully becomes even more essential to our well-being as we grow older. So is the ability to deeply rest inside ourselves and receive the support of the earth, and the nourishment that flows to our cells through our blood. Linda guides us to embody the richness of our body systems and feel the pleasurable, nurturing, and sustaining qualities of moving and experiencing of our heart and fluids.

In this workshop, we will invite movement and deep inner connection through evocative music, a guided somatization, partner work, self-touch, and an invitation to awaken your sensual nature.
