On The Question of Safety and Comfort
In BMC®, we value the significance of questions as an entry point into an embodiment practice. Safety and Comfort are primary principles in the learning process which includes Bonding and Curiosity. It is my intention in this workshop session to facilitate self-research, body-oriented time, to investigate the concepts of safety and comfort.
How can one’s body direct an understanding of the what, how, where and when of safety and comfort for the personal self and for those we accompany in this work. Questions will be posed to digest through the process of body centered, self-directed movement. Please have a journal and writing or coloring utensils to record thoughts, questions or drawings that arise throughout this session.
