November 2nd
6:00pm - 7:45pm EDT

Connective Tissue to Collective Tissue

This workshop will provide a container for participants to explore and enjoy the perception of connectedness in movement. We will follow continuities, from cytoskeleton to the interstitium; from fascia into the tissues it contains; and from the core of our bodies into relationship with the web of life that surrounds us. We will pause to acknowledge how fascial pathways lovingly embrace nerves, vasculature, and muscles, and how the fascial web is continuous from within the cell to the surface of our bodies and beyond into the energetic field.
