Witness Body-Mind Centering®
While practicing BMC® there is a part of our consciousness which is not involved in the journey itself. We direct our attention, our awareness, our consciousness in a certain direction. I am interested in the part of consciousness which witnesses this process. As teachers, we lead people into certain experiences, we share our own experience and invite others to try it out. We take the collective consciousness on a journey of exploring certain areas of our physical or physiological or embryological processes. We touch in a certain way, with a particular focus and intention, or no intention, but our touching is a directed action. All the while a certain aspect of ourselves is involved by witnessing.
Over the years of my journey, my life with BMC since 1986 I also was a witness to the process of the development of the trainings, the quality of movement, of touch, of changing priorities. I would like to share some of that, reply to questions and discuss with you.
