As part of Celebrating BMC®: 50 years of somatic movement education, we’re gathering some of the stories, histories, and herstories - interwoven with particular times, places, and communities - that helped bring us to this moment.

It’s our hope that these narratives will deepen the understanding of the fields of Body-Mind Centering®, somatic movement, and somatic movement education, as well as their place in a changing world.
