The Mutable Membrane Inclusion

This workshop will embody the concept of “the membrane” in BMC® - from the cell to the skin, to the kinesphere to the “meta” membrane of society - the one we hold in relationship to others and have to hold in mind relative to social systems/realms of consciousness that permeate our lives. This is based research undertaken for a PhD by publication and has application to BMC® and other practices.

Please bring a piece of fabric large enough to create a circle on the floor and a soft ball 25 cm size/ or small cushion.
