Navigating the Neck:
A Polysystems Exploration

This experiential presentation offers a guided tour of the neck, that complex and intricate bridge from heart to head. Threading through multiple body systems and modalities, our exploration will highlight some of Body-Mind Centering®’s most essential embodiment practices––visualization, somatization, embodied anatomy and physiology, and a soupçon of embryology––as we aim to free the neck, open the throat, and release the whole body into freer, more joyful moving.
