Accommodations at Denison

All participants will be housed in one of two dorms:
Silverstein or Chamberlain.
Both buildings are air conditioned and completely handicap-accessible, with elevators.

Each conferee will have their own room in a small apartments with a "common area" that includes a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each bed with a fitted and a flat sheet, blanket, pillow, pillow case, and towel and washcloth.  A second towel can be secured at the registration desk, and those who are taking the "pool" class are "first in line" for those second towels.

Each registration packet will have travel-sized toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, tampax, pads of paper and pens. Both dorms have washers and dryers available free of charge.  Small, single packets of laundry detergent will be provided by the Denison Dance Program.  The pillows are "plastic" and, even though they will have pillow cases, consider bringing personal pillow.

Denison holds a national award for best campus dining. Conferees are encouraged sign up for the meal plan and take advantage of the farm- to- table, chef designed dining hall featuring several  fresh prepared organic food stations, full salad bar, home baked goods and standard offerings (soup, sandwiches, rice, pizza, oatmeal)  at each meal.  The cafeteria is a five minute walk from the dormitory. The dining services team is well-trained in food allergy awareness and offer a number of options for students with food allergies and celiac disease.
