Photography/Videography Policy

Please be advised that no photography or videography will be permitted in any workshops or conference offerings. Only BMCA-hired or appointed photographers/videographers will be permitted to take photos or videos in any workshop or at any conference event. Photographs are permitted outside of designated workshop spaces by all participants.

Photo Release:

I understand that The Body-Mind Centering Association, Inc. (BMCA) will be taking photographs and/or filming during the BMCA Conference August 6-11, 2019. I hereby give and forever grant BMCA, its licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, publish, and copyright my picture and video portrait and likeness, in whole or in part, including alterations, modifications, derivations and composites thereof, on their website, in their printed publications in all media, now known or hereafter derived, that BMCA might use to supplement text written about BMCA or somatic education, as BMCA deems appropriate.

In consideration of the printing/production deadlines, I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with my portrait and likeness.

I also waive and release any claims that I may have against BMCA and its licensees, successors, and assigns, based upon or arising from such uses, including without limitation, any moral rights of whatsoever description, any right to approve of the use of the photograph(s) or film(s), any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for such use.

I have read the foregoing and fully understand and confirm my agreement by submitting my registration for the conference and clicking the checkbox above.

I have reached the legal age of majority in my state and am authorized to grant the permissions set forth herein.
