Description

STUDY GROUP on The Role of the Brain in Perception and Repatterning the Nervous System is in continuity and will weave upon the previous serie Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen has offered Perception as a key to embodying the nervous system.
As part of Bonnie's teaching online 2023 Spring Series, Amélie is thrilled to offer this study group "talk and explore". The classes are an invitation to deepen your embodiment practice, support your questions and create a nurturing container for your own explorations. I will guide participants during the sessions to move and reflect from an embodied place, journal/draw, witness self and others, allowing time for personal and collective integration.

Come as you are, honoring your own process, pace and rhythm to integrate and further your exploration. With words or no words, with more questions, by being present, noticing and engaging with curiosity.
