I am so delighted to continue to offer -every other Tuesdays- a Talk+ Explore Study Group for people attending Bonnie's Spring Series starting May 6.

_ Opening and Strengthening the Heart through the Consciousness of Embodiment
This study group "talk and explore" is an invitation to deepen your embodiment practice, support your questions and relationship to your own explorations. I will guide participants during the sessions to reflect from an embodied place, move, write, witness self and other, allowing time for personal and collective integration. 

Amélie Gaulier (She/Her/Elle) is a Body-Mind Centering® practitioner - Registered Professional Somatic Movement Therapist Member of ISMETA 
; she is currently studying Body-Mind Psychotherapy with Susan Aposhyan and in a meditation instructor trainning with MNDFL under the supervision of Rev angel kyodo Williams and David Perrin. She has been teaching improvisation through movement, voice, and imagination to children and adults for 14 years in different communities. Amélie recently completed a Masters Research Degree at the INSPE/UPEC, National Institute of Professorship and Education in Paris. Her research intends to understand how our self narratives and our mental constructs can be modulated through cognitive rest and somatic education for self and collective care. The work focuses on embodied cognition and creating enactive tools for group training. As a white body-based, she is facilitating spaces with embodiment practice and social justice inquiries within different groups and contexts; and as a student, is part of the Embodied Social Justice certificate created by Dr. Rae johnson, Rev Angel Kyodo and Dr. Sara King. Also in practice with the program “Stepping Out of Whiteness and Unlearning Racism” with Heather Mizeur – Soul Force Politics and on Somatic Abolitionism, part of year-long Book+ study group "My Grand-Mother Hands" with the Rooted Group.
