Description

As a Body-Mind Centering® practitioner, I am offering to guide a study group for people who are attending Bonnie Winter's serie " Building Vitality, Strength, Flexibility, Flow, and Ease through Embodying Our Muscles: A Body-Mind Centering® Approach through Movement, Touch, and Cellular Consciousness and want to explore the material in an intimate container in between sessions.

This study group "talk and explore"  is an invitation to deepen your embodiment practice, support your questions and relationship to your own explorations. I will guide participants during the sessions to reflect from an embodied place, move, write, witness self and other, allowing time for personal and collective integration.

Each session will ideally run with a set group of people but I will allow fluidity in welcoming new participants depending on the study flow and agreement within the group. We will meet every two weeks for 1h30.
