We have a wonderful international group dedicated to ongoing BMCSM explorations. We have long interesting series – such as: Spirals in the Body, Facings and Interfacings, Immunity, Bones in Relation to Other Tissues, and so on. Our current series is The Face, including embryology, layers of structures, and relationship with the rest of the body.
The classes invite the participant to be with yourself, be in your own timing and pacing, and I will guide an exploration that ends with some time for you to integrate on your own through moving, sounding, drawing, or resting, with sharing at the end.
Rebecca Haseltine is an artist an BMC teacher. She spends as much time outdoors as possible. She's interested in the weaving of somatic experience with relationship with nature. And she's interested in creative expression that arises from embodiment experience.
