´In BMC®, "centering" is a process of balancing, not a place of arrival. This balancing is based on dialogue, and the dialogue is based on experience.´ Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Sensing, Feeling, Action, p1
Meeting time for those who want to share about their ´offline-online centering´ learning process from a student, teacher, mover or practitioner perspective.
The meetings are open to anyone who has a sincere interest in exploring, articulating, questioning, learning from the physical roots of our ‘being’.
Previous experience with Body-Mind Centering® and/or dance and movement is of course welcome, but not necessary to enjoy or contribute to this gathering.
As in tea circle: all are guest and also host. Welcome!
