We are glad to welcome you among those wishing to join the second set of the Somatic BODY program in Moscow.

THE NEW PROGRAM STARTS in December 2021 with the option to also join in February 2022.

Please fill out the questions on the registration form so that we can get to know you better. Is the Somatic BODY program the right place for you to study at this moment in your life? After filling out the registration form, you will have a call with one of the organizers and teachers of the program - Christine Cole (director of the Somatic BODY program) or Anna Titova (director of the Somatic BODY program in Moscow).

The Somatic Body program is 500 hours of training and immersion in Body-Mind Centering^®. Having fulfilled all the requirements of the program, you will receive a Somatic BODY certificate, which will allow you to become a member of the international association ISMETA International Association of the Somatic Movement. The program is conducted in English and Russian with simultaneous translation into Russian.

The teaching staff of the program is headed by Christine Cole (USA), and invited teachers certified at the School of Body-Mind Centering^® and SomaticBODY will also participate in the teaching process. The program is supported by assistants and students from previous streams of the program.

At this point, we are accepting applications for full training on the program. During the first year, you can join individual modules of the program without being included in the full training. Depending on the content of the group, we are ready to accept participants for separate modules of the first year. Let us know in advance about your desire, the number of places is limited. The curriculum has specific requirements for students - self-study in anatomy, homework, and partner sessions before or after each module.

ATTENTION! Due to global restrictions due to the Covid pandemic, sometimes we may CHANGE schedules and move dates to keep the overall program running and continue learning anyway. In this case, some of the classes will probably be moved to the online space (anatomy, theory and movement studies), and we will leave the touch, bodywork and hands on practice classes until we can meet again. We respond as timely as we can to all global changes and inform the group in a timely manner (no later than a month before the start of the module)!

Christine Cole, RSMT, the Founder and Director of Somatic Body Training Program, is an expert in the embodiment of human development. On the leading edge of research about somatic movement education and therapy, she displays a radical trust in embodied experience as the primary way for groups to co-create knowledge.

As a result of 30 years of engaging deeply in learning and teaching the somatic body practices of Body-Mind Centering^®, dance/movement, and bodywork, Christine clearly embodies the material she has evolved and models a deep understanding of how the body’s systems change in various developmental stages.

A teacher of Body-Mind Centering^®, and practitioner of integrative acupressure and infinity healing, she has taught at the school for Body-Mind Centering^® in Amherst and Amsterdam, Holland, and runs her own trainings in Moscow, Boston, Vermont, Montreal and Northampton, ma. She also maintains a private practice in developmental bodywork in downtown Northampton, ma. In addition, Christine has long term practices in contact improvisation, post-modern and improvisational dance, authentic movement, improvisational theater, writing and vocal training.

You can also pay the full cost of the program in one or two payments, then you get a discount of $ 500. The total cost of the long-term certification program is $ 7200

We are opening several places with a scholarship for artists / artists / employees of non-profit foundations / single mothers or people living far outside Moscow. If you consider yourself to be one of these categories, please indicate this in the comments to the Application and we, upon request, will tell you about the terms of payment at a special cost. We have several such places on the program.

Payment terms:
As soon as we consider your candidacy and accept your application, we will inform you. Next, you need to pay 100 $ registration fee and fill out a short registration form with a signature (we will send the link). This will guarantee you a place on the program.

Next, you make a deposit of $ 500 as payment for the last module (June 2003). It remains with you until the end of the program.
Further payment is made by modular cash or on the website www.embodyourlife.com (in some cases, payment in 2 or 3 stages is possible).

You can pay for the entire program in full - in this case, you pay the cost less by $ 500.
