In this series we delve into the embryological resonances that have led into the weightedness of the skeletal-muscular container. Both skeletal and muscular system provide form, shape, resistance, elasticity…The study of structure serves in this workshop as a portal into the ´place of space´, and willi visit concepts in movement such as currenting, invagination, sliding, binding, … . The skeletal-muscular system is a long-term studied system in somatic practices. One of the specific offers of Body-Mind Centering® to this field consists of embracing preceding pathways that have led into a present moving self.
