Description

This support class will run on Friday afternoons at 4pm Eastern for 8 weeks to reinforce our experiences with our muscles, exploring postural tone, gravity and spatial intent, initiation of movement, dynamic proprioception and integrated movement to maintain a balanced posture. We will trace the bones, find the muscles on our bodies, and bathe in our fluids as we embody our anatomy while moving and resting, aided by somatizations where you can close your eyes to relax.

Please join us! Come on time to the study group, bring your Anatomy Coloring Book, be prepared to share yourself and your face online, and feel comfortable!
