This full-day workshop includes somatic movement explorations based in Body-Mind Centering®, choreographic play and extended transdisciplinary practices to bring body-life into written, visual and spatial expression. All are welcome. The workshop will be of particular interest to dance and performance-makers, practice-led researchers in the arts, and anyone interested in somatics and embodied ways of generating experiential knowledge.
