Description
The endocrine system and its potential of resonance and expression in movement and communication. Through the somatic approach of Body-Mind Centering® we will grow body-mind awareness, exploring the sense of movement, touch, deep listening, breath. A meditation practice will be part of the process.
Classes will be in italian and english
