Description
We will cover the material from Bonnie's sharing. There will be time for questions and processing. We will hold space to explore through movement and self touch.
Intructor's Bio
I have been exploring, practicing and teaching movement and touch for 50 years. I have taught in BMC® programs. I have a robust private practise. I teach in advanced programs for yoga studios, classes for an a adaptive program, workshops and Embodied Breath Yoga classea. I am a BMC® teacher, a CMA, ERYT 500, RSME and a member of ISMETA.
