The Bartenieff Fundamentals (BF) are a set of principles and movement sequences that can be used to observe and analyze the body in motion as well as to repattern habitual movement that does not serve us. Immerse yourself in an extraordinary, integrative movement experience that goes beyond technique, extends to all types of movement and maps new kinesthetic possibilities. All of our introductory workshops support somatic dance pedagogy and are useful in all areas of life.

The full course plus one more 3 hour segment with Martha Eddy meets the Prerequisites for Moving For Life, BodyMind Dancing and Dynamic Embodiment studies.
