This workshop recognises the intimacy of touch through the reciprocity of meeting and engaging with an|other through the porous boundary of our skin. Touch can support the realisation of our potential as well as provide one of our most satisfying life|healing experiences. This workshop will help you develop discernment and trust in your somatic responses enabling you to find your voice. We will cultivate a space of respectful learning that strengthens agency and restores trust.

Alice Cummins MA, is a dance artist, Body-Mind Centering® Practitioner and Registered Somatic Movement Educator & Therapist (ISMETA). Her residential program Somatic Wisdom is an ISMETA Approved Training Program enabling her students to become Registered Somatic Movement Educators & Therapists (RSME/T). Alice teaches nationally and internationally. Her process creates an environment of refined somatic awareness generating engagement and embodied intelligence within a community of shared inquiry.
