Internal and external experiences of movement and space develop from and reflect our embryologic foundations. This class is an opportunity to experience through the Feldenkrais Method^® of Awareness Through Movement® from one of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais' certified teachers, and move gently and directly into experiential understanding of underlying principles and applications of Body-Mind Centering's^® extraordinary Embodied Embryology^® with senior Body-Mind Centering^® Practitioner Marghe Mills-Thysen.
