When we look at the interconnectedness of sound, breath and body we find
infinite ways to bring potency and vibration into all the body tissues. Our
many diaphragms shape and modulate movement through the body, sounding
brings vibration to every cell, and the breath animates and unifies. Together
they create a bridge be- tween our internal experience and the outer
environment, and offer whole-body integration, resonance and relatedness.
